A BBC Cohort is a curated group of startups selected through a competitive process to participate in a time-bound innovation support program. Each cohort is tailored to address specific sectoral challenges, spanning Healthcare, medtech, AgriTech, Bio-digital, Climate Tech, and more.
Startups in a BBC cohort benefit from structured guidance, technical support, market access, and investor connect, enabling them to grow faster and smarter.

How Our Cohorts Work

Application & Selection

Startups apply through open calls for specific cohort programs. Applications are evaluated based on innovation, scalability, impact, sector alignment, growth potential, and market readiness.

Incubation & Acceleration

Most programs span 6 to 12 months with a mix of incubation and acceleration phases. Includes infrastructure support, capacity building, business development, and technical mentorship.

Networking & Collaboration

Startups engage with the BBC’s extended ecosystem of researchers, corporates, investors, and government bodies. Opportunities for pilot projects, market validation, a deployments.

Showcase & Scale

Programs culminate in demo days, investor connects, or global expansion opportunities. Selected startups may receive funding support, partnerships, or immersion programs abroad.
