About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated professional to lead CSR partnership development, fundraising, and program execution. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing CSR funding opportunities, building relationships with corporate partners, engaging key stakeholders, and managing end-to-end CSR initiatives from concept to impact reporting.
The ideal candidate should have a strong network within CSR, ESG, corporate foundations, and philanthropic ecosystems, along with demonstrated experience in raising CSR funds and successfully implementing CSR projects.
Key Responsibilities
CSR Fundraising & Partnership Development
- Identify, map, and qualify potential CSR funding opportunities across corporate organizations, foundations, and philanthropic institutions.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of CSR prospects and strategic partners.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with CSR heads, sustainability leaders, corporate foundations, CXOs, and key decision-makers.
- Facilitate introductory meetings, stakeholder discussions, and partnership negotiations.
- Develop customized CSR proposals, concept notes, budgets, and partnership presentations.
- Drive CSR fundraising efforts to achieve annual funding targets.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with corporates, government agencies, academic institutions, NGOs, incubators, and ecosystem partners.
- Represent the organization at conferences, industry forums, networking events, and CSR platforms.
- Coordinate with internal leadership and external stakeholders to identify collaboration opportunities.
Program Design & Management
- Support the design and implementation of CSR-funded programs across sectors such as healthcare, education, skilling, sustainability, innovation, entrepreneurship, women empowerment, and community development.
- Oversee project execution, partner coordination, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and donor requirements.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
- Develop impact measurement frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
- Prepare progress reports, utilization reports, impact assessments, and donor communications.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to funding partners and stakeholders.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Track CSR trends, government policies, ESG developments, and funding priorities.
- Identify emerging opportunities for strategic partnerships and long-term collaborations.
- Contribute to organizational CSR strategy and growth initiatives.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with corporates, CSR consulting firms, foundations, incubators, innovation ecosystems, healthcare, education, or sustainability programs.
- Existing network of CSR decision-makers and corporate foundations.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and large CSR portfolios.
- Familiarity with government schemes, grants, and public-private partnerships.
