Role Overview
The Associate - CSR & Partnerships will support strategic initiatives across CSR fundraising, partnerships, and ecosystem development. The role requires strong research capability, structured thinking, and execution support in stakeholder engagement, proposal development, and program tracking. The individual will work closely with the AVP to drive partnerships, enable funding opportunities, and ensure seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
CSR Lead Generation & Market Research
- Identify and scout CSR opportunities through multiple channels including databases, networks, and industry platforms
- Track and analyze CSR RFPs, guidelines, and funding priorities
- Extract relevant stakeholder information, contacts, and decision-makers for outreach
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, CSR focus areas, and competitive landscape
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of CSR leads
Partnership Development & Fundraising Support
- Assist in identifying and developing strategic partnerships with corporates, institutions, and ecosystem players
- Support fundraising initiatives through structured outreach, follow-ups, and coordination
- Prepare partnership notes, concept briefs, and collaboration frameworks
- Coordinate with internal teams to align proposals with organizational capabilities
Proposal Development & Communication
- Create high-quality proposals, pitch decks, and presentations tailored to CSR partners
- Develop concise concept notes, one-pagers, and impact reports
- Prepare communication materials including emails, briefs, and stakeholder documents
- Ensure all content is aligned with organizational positioning and impact narrative
Project Monitoring & Reporting
- Assist in tracking ongoing CSR projects and partnership deliverables
- Maintain structured reports on project progress, impact metrics, and utilization
- Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual impact reports
- Ensure documentation is updated, organized, and audit-ready
Networking, Events & Ecosystem Engagement
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings
- Support planning and execution of events, workshops, and delegation visits
- Identify collaboration opportunities through ecosystem engagement
- Capture insights and trends from industry interactions for strategic inputs
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to CSR regulations, reporting formats, and compliance requirements
- Maintain proper documentation for partnerships, MoUs, and funding agreements
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for documentation and approvals
- Support due diligence and audit-related requirements
Strategic & Operational Support to AVP
- Provide day-to-day support to AVP - Corporate & Strategy in ongoing initiatives
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and review documents
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure timely execution
- Track key action items, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications
Key Skills & Competencies

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, Social Sciences, Business, or related field
- 1- 3 years of experience in CSR, partnerships, consulting, or related roles
- Experience in proposal writing, research, or stakeholder engagement is an added advantage
